Chimay LLC ships high-quality winter apparel (down jackets, coats, ski jackets, sweaters, thermal wear, fleece-lined jeans, and warm leggings) to addresses within the United States. International shipping is available upon request and additional fees. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your winter essentials arrive safely and on time, even during peak cold seasons.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during holiday seasons or winter sales events.
  • Shipping Notifications: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched. You can track your order status by entering the tracking number on our website’s order tracking page.

3. International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries upon request. To inquire about international shipping, email guiles@chimay.pro with your full shipping address and desired items.
  • Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated based on your location, package weight, and carrier rates. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees associated with the package. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Chimay LLC has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or territories outside the U.S. without prior written approval.
  • For oversized items (e.g., bulky down jackets, large coat sizes), additional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you before processing your order if oversized shipping fees are required.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Delayed Packages: Packages may be delayed due to weather conditions (e.g., winter storms), carrier delays, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeline, contact us at guiles@chimay.pro with your order number for assistance.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as lost by the carrier (not delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date), we will initiate a carrier claim. Once the claim is approved, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
  • Damaged Packages: If your winter apparel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or send a replacement.

6. Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at guiles@chimay.pro. Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once the package is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping address.
