Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your winter apparel item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice) to process any refund request.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-sized or personalized winter apparel (e.g., monogrammed coats, tailored thermal sets)
- Thermal underwear and warm leggings if the original hygiene seal is broken
- Gift cards
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are granted only in the following specific scenarios:
- The item is returned with minor damage to the original packaging (not caused by our shipping error)
- The item has visible, gentle signs of use that do not affect functionality (e.g., minor creases from trying on)
- Tags are missing but the item is otherwise in new condition
Refund Process
- Submit Return Request: Email guiles@chimay.pro with your full name, order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (including tags and packaging). Requests must be submitted within the 30-day eligibility window.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions if approved.
- Ship the Item: Send the eligible item to our return address (see below) with the RA number clearly marked on the package. You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Inspection & Refund Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. No cash refunds are available.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your approved refund within 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement for pending transactions (processing times vary by financial institution).
- Contact your credit card issuer to inquire about hold times for merchant refunds.
- If the issue persists, email guiles@chimay.pro with your return authorization number and payment details for further assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color was shipped to you. To request an exchange, email guiles@chimay.pro with your order number and photos of the faulty item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement to you at no additional cost (for US orders only).
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is processed. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of your return.
