2. Billing Terms

    • One-Time Sale Model: All winter apparel purchases on chimay.pro are single, non-recurring transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You pay only for the items in your order, plus applicable shipping and taxes.
    • Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as chimay.pro for clear identification of your winter apparel purchase.
    • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of checkout to process your order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and popular digital payment platforms. Delayed payments may result in order cancellation.

3. Product & Order Terms

    • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, sizing charts, and images of our winter apparel (down jackets, coats, ski jackets, sweaters, thermal wear, etc.). However, color variations may occur due to screen display differences, and sizing may vary slightly by product style.
    • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
    • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing guiles@chimay.pro. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they will have entered the shipping process.

    • Chimay LLC’s total liability for any claim related to your winter apparel purchase is limited to the total amount paid for the specific item in question.
    • We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to lost use of the product, inconvenience, or missed winter events, unless such damages result from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
    • We are not responsible for issues arising from improper care of your winter apparel (e.g., machine washing a dry-clean-only coat, using non-recommended detergents on thermal wear).

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes arising from your purchase of winter apparel will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Georgetown County, SC.
